Unused credits

You can request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase by emailing themayankgupta17@gmail.com from your account email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Used credits

Credits already spent on completed requests are not refundable, because the AI providers have already charged us for them.

Failed requests

If a model returns an error, that call is free. If a model runs past its time limit, the AI provider still bills for the work it did, so that call is charged at its estimated cost. Everything else reserved for the request is returned to your balance automatically.

Payment debited but no credits

This usually resolves itself within a few minutes. If not, email us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will credit or refund it.

Delivery

This is a digital service. Credits are added to your account instantly after a successful payment; there is no physical shipping.
